Can I reserve a specific seat?

How early should I arrive?

Doors open about 30 minutes before showtime. We recommend 10–15 minutes early for concessions and to settle in.

What's your refund policy?

Tickets are refundable up to one hour before showtime. After that, we're happy to exchange them for a different show.

Which showtimes count as matinees?

Accepted Answer

Any showtime that starts before 6:00 PM — every day of the week. Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day) are excluded.

What about Tuesdays?

Tuesdays are $6 all day, all shows (except holidays or when otherwise indicated).

Are all movies $5?

Yes. No 'select titles' restriction. Every movie on every screen is $5 before 6 PM.

We do. Real, hot, melted butter on every bag — none of that yellow flavoring.

Are auditoriums accessible?

Every auditorium has wheelchair-accessible seating and companion seats. Reserve them online or call us at (605) 332-3838 and we'll set it up.

Do you offer closed captioning and audio description?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most showings support closed captioning (CC) and audio description (AD). The 'CC' and 'AD' flags appear next to each showtime that supports them.

Do gift cards expire?

Never. Use them when you're ready.
